When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if given), the service you're asking about, and any details you add in the message. We don't collect anything beyond what you enter into that form.
Solely to respond to your enquiry and give you a quote for our services. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with anyone outside of what's described below.
The contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service that forwards your message directly to our email inbox. We don't store enquiries in a database of our own — once it lands in our inbox, that's where it stays.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site. It's cookie-free and doesn't collect any personal information — it only measures anonymised, aggregate visit numbers, so there's nothing here that identifies you individually.
Only as long as it's needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry.
Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see, correct, or have deleted any information we hold about you. Get in touch using the details at the top of this page and we'll sort it.
